DUPRIME E

DUPRIME E is a high quality environment friendly water based bituminous anionic emulsion. It is free of solvent and exhibits excellent adhesion property. It is applied onto various substrates (concrete, concrete blocks, bricks, foam concrete fiber and cement board) to improve bonding of bituminous products.

USES

  • Protection against moisture and water for pedestals, walkways and floor pavements.
  • Applied on roofs and walls made from reinforced concrete, asphalt, bricks and other substrates before applying any of the Duproof waterproofing protective coatings.
  • Single coat protective on various construction structures.
  • Waterproofing projects where fire hazard is a major priority.
  • Sub-coating for cold adhesive and bituminous repair compounds.
METHOD OF APPLICATION
  • DUPRIME E should be thoroughly stirred before use.
  • The surface should be dry, clean and free of loose materials, dirt, soil, grease, oil or other impurities.
  • Apply DUPRIME E by means of a brush, roller or spray gun into the entire coverage area of the substrate and allow to dry. The drying time depends on the porosity of the substrate and the environmental conditions (approx. 1.0 — 3.0 hrs).
PACKING AND STORAGE

DUPRIME E is available in 20–liter pails and 200–liter drums, palletized and strapped. Store at temperature between 5oC and 50oC in a tightly sealed container. Shelf life is minimum of 1 year in a good storage protected from direct sunlight and frost.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

There are no direct health hazards associated with DUPRIME E. wash with copious amount of water if spilled on the skin.
